*Full Pool Service Plus Features:

•    Includes all pool maintenance services from the Full Service plus:
•    Vacuum pool walls & bottom
•    Clean pool tile
•    Hose and blow down pool deck as needed

Screened Swimming Pool Cleaning - Starting at $95 per month, subject to pool inspection
Open Pool Maintenance - Starting at $115 per month, subject to pool inspection

*Full Service Features:

•    Includes all pool maintenance services from the Pool Chemicals service along with:
•    Swimming pool cleaning including filter baskets
•    Remove debris from pool(s)/spa(s)
•    Backwash filter as required (*pricing may vary based on pool filter type)
•    Brush pool walls
•    Skim pool surface

Screened Swimming Pool Cleaning Service - Starting at $75*, per month, subject to pool inspection
Open Pool Maintenance - Starting at $85* per month, subject to pool inspection
 
*Chemical Service:
 
•    One visit per week
•    Test water chemistry
•    Make adjustments to pool chemicals (i.e. chlorine, acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium)
•    Inspect pump and equipment

Screened Pool Service - $50
Open Pool Service - $55

*Start up fee may be applied if the pool has not been previously maintained

*Saltwater Pool Owners:

Pool maintenance for your saltwater pool is available!  Call 727-692-4232 for details.

*Commercial Service:

Twice weekly pool maintenance from November through April;
Three Times weekly pool service May through October.
Includes chemicals for normal sanitation and pH balance on Regular Service Day(s).

Terms and conditions of the appropriate contract for your needs are available upon request or further discussion.
